Our Objectives / Goals
To provide a complete range of services and support in Accounting, Financial Management, Tax Consultancy, Secretarial Services and all related activities at various levels with new standards of excellence in client service and satisfaction.
To engage in consulting, planning, optimization, operation and maintenance of books of accounts, entrepreneurship skills, and other related skills.
To carry out procurement of all goods and services required for the company as per prevailing market demand
To appropriate any part or parts of consultancy appliances, research and analysis, training services in the field of accountancy and other related technologies required for the purpose aforesaid which may be conveniently used.
To enter into contracts with such other companies with similar functions in and outside Uganda, subscribers and others on such terms as may be considered for the purposes of providing for the aforesaid services or any of them.
To apply for, purchase or by other means acquire and protect, prolong and renew, whether in Uganda or elsewhere any patent, patent rights, invention, licenses, protections and concessions which may appear likely to be advantageous or useful to the company and to use and turn to account under or grant licenses or privileges in respect of the same, and to expend money in training upon and in improving or seeking to improve any patent, inventions, or rights which the company may acquire or purpose to acquire.
